I love TKD. It helps me with standing still and listening. It makes me feel confident and I know what to do if someone picks on me. You will meet lots of friends in TKD. My sisters and I help each other in tournaments by practicing. I like breaking the real wood boards... it is so fun! Taekwondo makes your brain exercise and stretches your body. It is a good way to spend time.
